by Lisa and Jim Petrone, third generation Italian Americans.
We operate our business from a Christian perspective with
an emphasis on honesty, trust and integrity.
Petrone's Pizzelles was founded in 1996. Our goal; To make
the best quality pizzelle italian cookies with a commitment to using only
the finest ingredients (Click here for our pizzelle nutritional information). Located near Erie, Pennsylvania, our italian cookie bakery is located adjacent
to our home in a beautiful small country community. Petrone's Pizzelles specialize
in homemade italian pizzelle cookies supplying several bakeries, specialty
stores and grocers in our region.
We have six home schooled children: Stephanie, Maria, Angelo,
Christina, Anthony and baby Lucia. The older children often
lend a hand during busy periods. The little ones are always
willing to "taste test"!!
